The Easiest Vegetarian Meal

Many of us give up on a diet when we find it troublesome. I have also seen many vegetarian recipes made complicated, (perhaps for the sake of selling the recipe books much more expensive?) and it is difficult to follow because sometimes it is impossible to get all the ingredients.
In today's entry, I am sharing with you the simplest vegetarian meal that can be prepared within 5 minutes. It is in the photo above, and it is delicious with the taste of sweet and slightly salty, and definitely nutritious. The ingredients is simple:
a. Instant cook oats
b. Peanuts, shelled, and slightly fried.
c. Raisins
d. Goji berries
Yes, that simple. The peanuts, raising and goji berries are keep in the refrigerator for use at any time at all. Mixed with oats after it is cooked with hot water, this is one highly nutritious and fulfilling meal that anyone can prepare no mater how busy you are. It takes less than 5 minutes to prepare, and you can pre-boil your water in the thermos pot, kept warm at all times.
This is my lunch right now. And I'm going to do this again tomorrow, because it is packed with all the nutrients that I need. What about adding a variation? Previously I got a bottle of organic mixed nuts. I can opt for that, but that one is technically tasteless as all the items are toasted dry. If you are one who is just starting on being a vegetarian, or you are one who enjoys heavy tastes of food, the organic nuts is not for you.
