Super Easy Tofu

Today's dish is super easy to do. The ingredients are:

1. One Japanese Tofu

2. About 1 cup of mixed frozen veggie

3. Half a cili

I put them all the night before into a plate. This morning, I just added some soy sauce. No oil. If you want you may put some oil, of course. Steamed it while the rice is cooking. The result is a really fragrant and deliciously smooth dish.

It is truly awesome. The cost for this dish today is not even RM2.00 including the rice. Last week, the cost of vegetables were just approximately RM7.00 for 5 days lunch. This time, with the purchase of the mixed frozen veggie, I can have many different dishes with these colourful stuff to make the dishes look really pretty too. Nutrition-wise, I'd say that this is very okay for a working adult like myself.
