Nutritious Soup

The Chinese Cabbage is a real gem when it comes to soup, regardless of whether you are making a vegetarian soup or a non-vegetarian soup. It is tasty and easy to handle, and today's soup is a little victory for me with the help of this wonderful vegetable.

The soup tastes sweet without any seasoning or flavouring. All is good, except that maybe I need a bigger pot for my soup. The soup is getting more and more tasty, and my only regret is not being able to bring a bigger pot of soup for lunch.

I will be having Chinese Cabbage for another two more lunches, despite already getting a very small portion at the market. I am hoping to do a stir-fry tomorrow, but it will all depends on my morning routine. I hope I don't get too lazy.
