Today I managed a quick stir-fry with water, not oil, for my lunch preparations. Ingredients are simple:
1/4 Chinese Cabbage
1/2 Cucumber
1 red chili
1 small can of braised peanuts

The braised peanuts are a bit salty, so I added water for this cooking. Did not want to spam my kidneys, I still wish to keep them for the next user when I die.
I just stirred it a little lesser than 1 minute, then leave it to boil. Within the next minute, the water inside had reached boiling point and I turned off the stove.
Beautiful.
I love cooking my own lunch.
