Another try at the Bottle Gourd

Today, I did something different. I had to add soy sauce to my food.

Not surprising, I barely eat bell peppers and I made a mistake during my last take on the bottle gourd. So, today I did things differently.
Instead of making a soup, I had just boiled the bell peppers and the bottle gourd over high heat. Once the water was at boiling level, I turned off the stove, removed the water and added in a dash of soy sauce into the mix.

The effect was not bad. The bottle gourd did not taste as bland as before, and the bell pepper did not taste too strong for me. I can live with this.
I guess I'll be ok with bottle gourds after all.
